Have you ever wished you could get a massage every day of the week? Want an easy way to get rid of the knots and sore muscles you feel from everyday life? Now you can!
By using just Three Little Balls and this special Intro Workshop offered by Gina Jackson of ThePilatesClub.Net to teach Self-Care of Your Own Body with Body Ball Rolling, you will learn how you can release the tension in your shoulders, spine, legs and body. The workshop will be held at the Palisades Sports & Fitness Center in North Bergen on May 6, 2007.
This special 60-minute class will teach self-massage techniques to improve flexibility, core strength, functioning of muscles and create length and release in your body from head to toe. Considered Myofascial Release Therapy and based on the teachings of John Barnes, Tom Myers and Yamuna Zake, this therapy facilitates stretching “beyond the muscle” to promote muscular and myofascial release.
If you don’t know what all of that means, but you know what a good massage feels like, come join the workshop!
A Six-Session bi-monthly series will begin May 20, 2007 following the introduction. Open to members and non-members. Signup, to claim a spot in the room, is required.
Gina Jackson is Author, Teacher, Trainer and Fitness Webmaster...working hard to keep all the pieces connected and relevant.

I asked at the front desk of the club to add my name & my husband’s to the list for this class.
The workshop sounds very interesting and we hope to be a part of it. Rona Ligorner
