Jammin’ To Burn

Jammin’ In The CircleAfter I finished my morning work with TheStrengthClub.Net Summer Fit Camp (see the video below), I ran two loops around the outside perimeter (4 miles) of Braddock Park to get my cardio burn and followed with a few push-ups, bench tricep dips and chest presses as well as some leg work with the ankle dynabands. Similar stuff I had each of the group members perform for 1.5 hrs.

You see, the work has to be done to get the results you want. All of us have to pay to the piper and get it done!
