		<description>The 3 for 3 has just been inched up to 6 for 3!  I have moved off the track to the outer perimeter of the park which is approximately 2 miles around.  This is my second day of the week finishing 3 loops for a total of 6 miles each day.

It&#039;s working and I am now headed to get a grilled chicken salad for lunch.</description>
