A collaborative community effort with Omega Development Center brings mid-week and weekend Mind/Body and Weight Loss classes to Guttenberg, NJ. We have lined up a number of amazing teachers to provide classes in Yoga, Tai Chi, Strength, Pilates and all with Child Care options for parents!
After two very successful Open House Events in February and March, and as a result of “word or mouth” communication, a select few fitness professionals and the staff and owners of Omega Child Development Center have created a way to provide Family, Health and Fitness offers for the community in the new, spacious Omega Development Center.
Centrally located at 6908A Park Avenue, Guttenberg, NJ, the new Family, Health and Fitness offers will provide weekly Mind/Body Fitness classes as well Weight Loss and Strength Training classes, as well as child care, and after school programs for community residents.
Initial class offers include Beginner Level Yoga, Pilates, Tai-Chi; Flow Level Pilates and Vinyasa Yoga, Resistance and Core Strength Training. As the community embraces the center and the fitness offers, it is anticipated that additional classes will be added to support Senior Fitness and Child/Toddler Fitness.
All the instructors are residents of the Hudson County Community and have developed a strong class following over the past ten years. Check out the

All class programs are available for online class registration and signup, including single session “taste-tests.”

Childcare News! Parents please feel free to bring your children and receive childcare to participate during any of the mid-week evening as well as weekend classes. We have staff available for mid-week, evenings and weekend classes for a nominal fee of $3.00 per child.

Parking is available in the municipal lot adjacent to the City Courthouse, as well as along the side streets.
