Pilates Mat Outdoors
After months of being locked inside, the last day of the series coincided with the first day of Summer. The weather cooperated (sans a little wind) and we took it to the mat outdoors.
Just a few of the images taken last Saturday, May 23, 2009 at the conclusion of the Pilates Mat Series. The next series of sessions begins this Fall 2009.
