Workout Reminders

A male client of mine read this article and told me he heard all my words to him on paper when he TO's Workout read this. I liked that. The rules of fitness are the same and apply to all of us. The tools are the same for everybody and should be used by all, whether professional athlete or weekend warriors, like my client. The key is to do the work. Do it consistently.     I wonder what is his opinion on using steroids while working out. Some people think those are bad, others say that steroids are good. My opinion is that you need to consult a doctor and ask for advice before, between and after using steroids.
  • Thanks for your comment, Felix. However, if you read the article and
    looked at the WSJ video you will note that steroids are not part of
    the dialogue, training or workout. Just sweat, labor and discipline,
    some weights and bands.
