TRX Freestyle

kneestretches I hate to tell you because some of you will think I am a wild woman (well maybe a little of that assumption would be quite true) but I love this video workout demonstrating the freestyle use of the TRX.  It actually mirrors many of the moves I use in my own personal workout on a weekly basis; minus of course the pullups.

My workout, however, is preceded by a 20-minute Pilates sequence (Hundreds thru the Teaser). In 90 minutes I am done with the workout, inclusive of 30 minutes of cardio using the spin bike, elliptical or running on the treadmill with my Kangoo Jumps.  I am completely exhilerated at the end.  Sort of like the comments noted a few days ago from many of my students.
