Personal Work

I have a couple of internet sites and multiple projects going at the same time, so it is often more than a challenge to stay true and on point to my own personal blog. Heck, it is a challenge to stay true and on point to my personal self! This year, as I live the “big 50,” I am putting a couple of new stakes in the ground.

A while back in fact, a client suggested I talk about my personal thoughts and struggles as well as my personal fitness program as it would be helpful for others. She was on point 100%. A couple of people commented that they appreciated the acknowledgement that the process is consistent for everybody’s body! This morning, in fact, as I sat in my favorite breakfast eatery with spinach egg white omelette, grain toast and green tea, a woman I never met before walks up and says, “Oh my gosh! You do eat! You really eat food!”

I shook her hand smiled, said “Yes, sure do!” and went back to eating my eggs with the paper. Her comments underscored my thought of the power a fitness trainers actions in modeling behavior for others.

So, beginning this Summer 2007 I promise to free-form consciously talk out loud - via my blog - about the personal work involved with personal fitness. Yeah, I know I have said it before, and if I can run 4 miles for my heart and legs, I figured I can write about the process and hope it helps me and a few more.

BTW, I use all of these tools and toys as a part of my regular health and fitness routine. If you are interested in getting any of them, try the Prescription4Fitness Store Yoga Toes

Body Mint This is an amazing find. I take them with my vitamins every morning and it provides an oral “deodorant” cleansing from the inside. Made from a special derivative of chlorophyll and contains no mint. Originated in Hawaii where warm client and active people need a little help stay fresh. Body Mint in the Fitness Store - SkinCare
