Weehawken River Run

OMG a new surface for the fall!  Yes, apparantely I am late in finding it, but learned over the Labor Day weekend that the Weehawken Park has not only tennis courts, baseball field and soccer field, but a much needed running track with the most spectacular view of the city.

Did you know this little fact?  Yes there were 85,000 in attendance to see and hear Obama’s historic acceptance speech.  Turns out there were 38.3 million worldwide viewers.

Two days were spent with other Pilates teachers, masters and instructors in the First Annual Power Pilates Teacher’s workshop; two days wonderfully jammed packed with eye opening, mouth watering, spine correcting details one could ask for - under $500.
