OMG! No Sugar!

I wonder what would happen if this country really had no sugar in reserve? Other than the sky falling in for Kraft and Nabisco, and the obesity levels probably dropping off dramatically in six months time, it might not be so bad?

Pilates, Cats & Hips

Did you see a Black Cat prowling around for Halloween?  About 5′6″ tall with wonderful curves she earned on the floor doing Pilates Side Kicks?

Challenging Abdominals

Sixty minutes? Work my abdominals for a “full 60 minutes?” I’ll bet you are thinking Jesh! Isn’t that too much time?

Actually, if all you were doing were crunches and sit-ups, it would most definitely be a bit too much and you would probably see diminishing returns as well. Read on, as I have another way and another suggestion.
