The 20-Day Subscribers begin with Cardio Training and the Movement Support subscription to help you work your body, as you see fit, and provides customized stretching routines based on your body's needs, as defined by you.
- Begin with committing to the cardio program of your choice (bike, elliptical, jogging, running, walking, etc.)

- Try to commit to a cardio program for 45 minutes, twice (2x) a week for the first week
- Increase your commitment to three times (3X) for the remaining weeks.
- Use the 21 quality stretching movements to support development of your increased flexibility.
- Work and flow with the stretches AFTER each cardio workout.
- Take notice of what you feel and use the training log in your subscription panel regularly.
- The subscription gives you 20 days of access to an array of comprehensive stretching protocols for each muscle group; Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Level selection.
